IpDnsResolver

IpDnsResolver is a very simple application whose purpose is to fetch your IP address and resolve the host name via DNS.
It does not come packed with a complicated configuration set, making it ideal for all types of users.
Installing it takes little time and does not require special input on your behalf, as there are only standard buttons available.
IpDnsResolver is wrapped in a regular window with a plain aspect. It is not particularly attractive but easy to navigate through.
All you have to do is input a DNS query and click a button to get the local IP address and DNS response. Although the program does not integrate buttons for copying information to the Clipboard, printing it, or saving it to file for safekeeping, you can copy a selection of text using either the global Copy hotkey or clicking its entry in the context menu. There are no other notable settings available in this program.
IpDnsResolver has a good response time and requires a very low amount of CPU and RAM to work properly, so it does not burden the overall performance of the computer. It does not interrupt normal user activity either, since it can be minimized to the taskbar.
We have not come across any difficulties in Softpaz testing, since the tool did not freeze, crash or show error messages. The fact of the matter is that IpDnsResolver gets the job done in an uncomplicated manner and should please all users, thanks to its straightforward options.
