IsoReader

IsoReader can easily unpack CD or DVD images in ISO format and save the package content to a user-defined location on the local drive.
The application only runs in the command prompt, which might be an inconvenient to some users. However, it features clear instructions and a simple syntax that shouldn't pose problems to those who are slightly familiar with the console.
IsoReader is compatible with the ISO-13346 and ISO-9660 standards, enabling you to extract their content to your computer. Alternatively, this application can be used for simply listing the name of the files and the directories that are included in the DVD / CD structure.
In order to use it, you must specify the exact location of the source file and configure the destination location where the extracted files and folders will be saved. In case you omit to enter the output path, the application considers it to be the current directory.
There are not many options that you can play with, but you can instruct the program to pause when the extraction process is completed and wait for you to press a key before closing.
IsoReader creates a folder that has the same name as the original ISO image and places all the files it unpacks within that directory. Based on the DiskUtils library, it can easily read the content of an ISO file and display it on-screen or save it locally. Overall, the application is easy to use, but a user-friendly GUI might increase the number of users.
