Join (Merge, Combine) Multiple (or Two) Image Files Into One Software Description
This software application has a long and self-explanatory name - it allows you to merge images into one file. It supports JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF and PNG.
The interface of the tool is plain and easy to work with. Pictures can be imported into the file list by using either the file browser, folder view or 'drag and drop' method.
So, you can check out the location of each entry. Once you establish the output directory and format (BMP or JPG), you can proceed with the merging procedure.
Additionally, you can adjust the JPEG quality, set the picture formation (vertical, horizontal, squared) and make the app join images in full or reduced size. Plus, you can move items up and down in the file list, as well as clear the queue.
The program has a good response time and runs on a moderate amount of CPU and system memory. We have not come across any issues throughout our testing; Join (Merge, Combine) Multiple (or Two) Image Files Into One Software did not freeze, crash or pop up error dialogs. However, the app is pretty limited (e.g. you cannot preview pictures in a built-in viwer) and has not been updated for a while.
