KeyMission 360/170 Utility Description

  • Updating the folder tree:
  • Folders created using the file explorer, etc., of other applications after starting this application will not be visible in this application's folder tree. To update the folder tree, this application must be restarted.
  • Reading files from the camera:
  • When reading data with a large file size, it may take some time before the image is displayed.
  • Omnidirectional image display:
  • Depending on the performance of your graphics card, omnidirectional still images may not be displayed correctly. For example, they may be white or in monochrome. Updating your driver may improve performance. For information about updating your driver, contact your computer manufacturer, retailer, etc.
  • Split-screen image display:
  • When viewing omnidirectional images in a split-screen display, the cross mark displayed in the position guide indicates the center of the left image.
  • Playing movies:
  • Even in recommended environments, depending on the performance of your graphics card, movies recorded at the movie settings 3840×2160 or 3840×1920 (KeyMission 360 only) may not play smoothly.
  • During effect preview playback, movies recorded at the movie settings 3840×2160 or 3840×1920 (KeyMission 360 only) may not play back smoothly. However, the output movie will do so.
  • If you resize the screen during movie playback, the screen may turn black and playback may temporarily stop.
  • Once resizing is complete, playback will begin.
  • Saving files:
  • If the format of the destination drive is FAT32, movies that are larger than 4 GB cannot be saved.
  • Resolution settings:
  • Depending on the resolution settings, part of the app may be concealed.
  • Set the Windows Taskbar or Mac Dock to "AutoHide."
  • Highlight tags:
  • On movies shot with KeyMission 360 or KeyMission 170, the camera automatically adds highlight tags 2 seconds after the start and 2 seconds before the end of the movie. Even if you create a movie using highlight tags, the movie at these positions will not be created as a highlight movie.
