KingConvert Motorola Droid Video Converter Description
As the name of this program implies, KingConvert Motorola Droid Video Converter allows you to encode video clips to the format supported by the KingConvert Motorola Droid, namely MP4.
The interface of the application is plain and simple to navigate through. Video files can be imported into the list by using either the file browser or treeview (the "drag and drop" method is not supported). Batch processing is allowed.
In the queue you can read the name, duration, target type, output size, status, remaining time and location of each video. So, once you establish the output directory, you can proceed with the encoding task.
But you can also preview clips in a small, built-in media player and capture the screen, check out a log file, view file properties, as well as change the interface skin and language.
On top of that, you can set a post-task action (e.g. close application) and number of maximum simultaneous running tasks, enable KingConvert Motorola Droid Video Converter to run in the background, minimize to the system tray and to automatically delete unfinished files, and others.
The simple-to-use program runs on a moderate-to-high amount of system resources, has a good response time and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. On the other hand, there is no help file available and you cannot configure audio and video settings (e.g. resolution, quality). Also, KingConvert Motorola Droid Video Converter can take a long while to complete a task (usually longer than the length of the video) and delivers a fair image and sound quality. We recommend this tool with reservations.
