KioWare Browser Description

KioWare Browser Software is a secure browser that is used to replace your current browser (Internet Explorer, FireFox). While KioWare Browser limits Internet access, it allows full access to the desktop and Windows OS. KioWare Browser becomes the default browser and will be invoked anytime the user tries to view browser-based content.

Specific KioWare Browser features include: -No browser features such as menus, favorites, history;-Navigation toolbar including address bar;-Browser is completely locked down;-Full access to OS and desktop;-Popups can be allowed or blocked; -Domain/page blocking - allow or revoke lists; -User file download can be blocked;-Remote configuration using XML.

Whats new in this version:

New features include Windows 8 support running on Intel processors and Improved Domain/Page Blocking. The Improved Domain/Page Blocking addresses matching issues in local content due to the inconsistencies in how Windows formats the path. KioWare can now automatically normalize all paths to one standard format.
