A “Print Job” is stored on the printer’s hard disk drive.  You can save a job on the hard disk by using the Job parameters in the device driver. Jobs can be sent and assigned either a temporary or permanent status. “Printer password” is a password which assigned to the printer itself.
It can be assigned and modified with KM-NET VIEWER. If the printer is assigned a password, it needs to be entered for operating jobs. If an incorrect password is entered, any operation other than displaying information on the printer will not be allowed.

Information on the registered printers will be automatically saved before exiting the application and the information will be reloaded when the application is executed the next time. It gives you the option to print the temporary job list and delete all permanent jobs if you want.
