Liquid Rescale Description
Liquid Rescale is a GIMP plugin for resizing pictures non-uniformly while preserving their features, i.e. avoiding distortion of the important parts.
It supports manual feature selection, and you can also use it to remove portions of the picture in a consistent way.
Requirements:
ï¿ GIMP 2.2.13 or newer
NOTE: The plugin is incompatible with the PortableApps GIMP version. Also, in order to make sure that your download is successful, right click and choose "Save as…" (otherwise you will only see a bunch of random characters).
