Lyrics Player

Lyrics Player is a lightweight Vista gadget able to animate your desktop activity by displaying a small audio player on your screen with the possibility to view the lyrics directly in the primary panel.
It sports a clean and intuitive GUI that gives users the possibility to play, pause, or stop the current selection, skip to the previous or next song, as well as adjust the volume.
This widget offers direct access to the Windows Media Player library and allows users to select the songs, perform searches throughout the library, as well as display the audio files that have been recently tagged, played or added in the last month.
You can make the widget run at Windows startup and shuffle or repeat the songs. The application automatically displays the lyrics in a dedicated pane for each song.
During our testing we have noticed that Lyrics Player provides good audio quality, and without errors throughout the entire process. As it would be expected from such as small utility, it manages to remain light on the system resources, so it doesn’t hamper system performance, nor interfere with other programs’ functionality.
Since it doesn’t require much computer knowledge to work with this tool, even a less experienced user can master the program with just a few clicks.
All things considered, Lyrics Player offers an intuitive working environment for helping you listen to your favorite files and view the lyrics for each song. It can be easily installed and configured by all types of users, regardless of their experience level.
