Maintenance Takip

Maintenance Takip is a software utility designed to provide the owners of computer repair shops with the means to create extensive inventories of machines and spare parts, as well as keep a record of all the encountered problems and schedule regular maintenance events.
The installation process is quite uneventful, and everything goes as it should. When launching the program, you will be required to input a username and a password. The default username is 'Admin' with '7777' as access key. These can later be changed from the 'User Settings' panel.
Maintenance Takip is quite difficult to figure out, requiring a lot of time and perseverance to handle, because despite the seemingly linear way in which the application is organized, you need to start from the 'Settings' section first.
You will need to create a series of 'Definitions' for several entries, such as for 'Machine', 'Personnel', 'Technician' , 'Departments' and many more. Otherwise, you will simply be confronted with a cascade of popup windows warning you that a certain action is not valid.
Note that in order to save any added entries, you need to click on the heading of the column where you entered it. There are no other buttons provided for this in the program's interface, and the 'Enter' key will not do the job.
The 'Spare Parts' section allows you to enter the name, price and quantity for each piece of equipment that you currently have in your shop. This helps you keep track of them in a more efficient manner and quickly know when you no longer have a certain item and need to restock.
Maintenance Takip also enables you to schedule maintenance jobs at regular intervals, so all the electronic and mechanical devices can be monitored with ease. A few days before the date of the system calibration and maintenance task, the utility will begin to warn you of the approaching event.
Maintenance Takip is a tool that can prove useful for a variety of purposes, provided that you have the patience to take your time with it and discover how it works. However, when compared with similar applications, it is difficult to believe it will become very popular.
