Simple and effective desktop theme manager for Windows that will allow us to create, edit and delete any theme.Its simple to use, with all options clear and accessible from a single main window. Everything is completely visual and allows "play " with all fields related to a topic of Icons, Colors, Cursors, Desktop, Sounds, and Screensavers. The methodology to follow is very clear and basic, having to locate all the theme files in a single directory and everything relating to their respective mandates.
