MBK Viewer

MBK Viewer is designed to help you explore the notes collections created with the Memo Book application. It is a simple tool but very useful if you want to open an MBK file without having to purchase a license.
The files created with Memo Book can contain text, links, images and data tables which makes them ideal for storing documentations or articles.
Although the designer app can export the content as HTML, CHM or PDF, maintaining the MBK format allows you to edit any part of the collection.
Unfortunately, the MBK format is not supported by other applications and readers in order to easily be accessed by other users. If you want to share them with your colleagues or business partners you need to use a specialized reader such as the MBK Viewer.
This tool enables you to explore the document structure and read the articles required for your projects. It features an easy to use interface designed to display as much as the document as possible.
Since some MBK files can include hundreds of documents and notes, the app includes a search tool that can find a phrase in the note’s title or text. The in-document search allows you to view all the occurrences and jump to the next item with ease.
The program offers you the option to print or export the documents in order to read them later or use them in presentations. Unfortunately, in our tests we could only print the documents as the export feature did not work.
If you want to share your Memo Book files with other users, the MBK Viewer is the best available tool. It is also translated in over twenty languages in order to be used in multinational environments.
