WDA - MDLsolutions Windows Desktop Auto Dialer is a simple and easy to use personal Auto Dialer. It installs, configures in minutes and provides the user with a useful basic auto dialer and data management feature set. Originally designed to work with a 3CX Phone System, it allows the user to automatically place calls through their phone system and once a call connects, it is transferred to the users extension while at the same time populating the called partys information. Along with several other useful supporting features, this auto dialer is a great tool for people who are new to auto dialers or just want a simple and easy to use auto dialer.

Small Call Center: Can be used in a small call center environment where each agent has his/her own call list and only requires auto dialing. You can have as many agents as your phone system has available channels. Please refer to our commercial call center solution if you require the sharing of call lists and/or predictive dialing.Press One Campaign: This auto dialer can play a custom text to speech message, and should the called party be prompted to press a phone digit (example 1), the call can then be transferred to the user/agent.Standalone Auto Dialer: You can also use this auto dialer to just call people/businesses play a custom message without any user/agent being present.
