Meat Costings Professional Description

Meat Costings Profesional Software for retail butchers. Calculates the profit from the butchered cuts of any type of meat. You can request a target profit percentage and the program will show you the cut prices you need to sell at to acheive that figure. Individual meat cut prices can be held when a target profit is requested and the prices of the unheld cuts are adjusted proportionately. There is the ability to find a target buying price for the meat you butcher. Nicely displayed is a calculated cost of each cut and a stockchecking feature.
