Media Player X10 Description
Media Player X10 is a lightweight media player designed to help users play their favorite audio and video files in an intuitive working environment, create playlists, launch searches on YouTube, and use additional tools, such as a text editor and task manager.
Files can be uploaded into the working environment using the built-in browse function, so you cannot rely on “drag and drop†operations.
The tool works with the following file formats: WAV, MP3, MPEG, SND, AU, AIFF, WMA, AVI, MP4, MOV, and others.
Media Player X10 gives you the possibility to play, pause, or stop the current selection, seek for a position in the audio or video streams, adjust the volume, go to the previous or next track, and create playlists.
What’s more, you can make the utility repeat the playlist, launch search operations on YouTube via your default web browser, and filter the results by dubstep, remix, lyrics, cover, or acoustic options.
When it comes to playing videos, you are allowed to switch to a full screen mode, zoom in or out, and alter the speed.
Additional features bundled in this program enable you to use several shortcuts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo!, Amazon), access various online radio stations, and switch to a smaller version of the audio player.
Last but not least, you can write notes, save the text to RTF file format, undo or redo your actions, perform basic editing operations (cut, copy, paste, clear), customize the text in terms of font, font style, size, and color, check the list with all running processes and kill the selected ones, as well as generate random passwords.
During our testing we have noticed that Media Player X10 carries out a task quickly, and provides very good audio and video quality. It is quite friendly with system resources, so the overall performance of the computer is not affected.
All in all, Media Player X10 seems to be the right choice in case you are looking for a simple-to-use media player that comprises basic features.
