Click Find Room and let MeetingFuel search your list of favorite conference rooms and return the first one that is free. It works for one-time meetings and for recurring meetings. Store up to 5 sets of favorite conference rooms. Have a different set for each scenario: small meetings, large meetings, meetings in one building or location or meetings with special teleconferencing equipment. Features: Default Rooms - specify a preset as your default. MeetingFuel will automatically use that preset when you click the Find Room button. Edit - modify room presets after youve created it. Rename - rename your conference room list. MeetingFuel also automatically creates a professional meeting agenda in Word with all of the meeting detail: date, time, subject, location, attendees, conference call number, conference call code, online meeting link and more. With the click of a button, your entire agenda is created. MeetingFuel comes with 3 standard templates: basic agenda, agenda with action item table, and agenda with risks, assumptions, issues, decisions table. You can also use your existing meeting template or create a new one. MeetingFuel saves you time and sets you apart from your peers.
