Minh's Free PhotoResizer

Minh's Free PhotoResizer is an application with a pretty self-explanatory title - it allows you to change the size of your image files. The tool can be easily handled by all user levels.
This is a portable software, so installing Minh's Free PhotoResizer is not necessary. It means that you can place the tool on a removable drive, plug it into any computer and directly run its executable file. What's more important is the fact that your Windows registry keys will remain intact.
The interface of the program is based on a small, standard window in which you can import image files by using the file browser or "drag and drop" method. Batch processing is allowed.
So, all you have to do is specify the maximum width or height before adding photos. The output is automatically stored in a subfolder located in the root of the original files.
Additionally, you can enable Minh's Free PhotoResizer to scale up small pictures to the desired size, adjust the JPEG compression level and select the output file extension (e.g. BMP, JPG, GIF, TIFF, PNG), as well as integrate Minh's Free PhotoResizer into the Explorer-context menu.
The simplistic application takes up a moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a task and manages to preserve a good image quality after resizing and conversion. No errors have occurred during our testing and Minh's Free PhotoResizer did not freeze or crash. However, there is no help file available and the interface needs some improvements. Other than that, we strongly recommend Minh's Free PhotoResizer to all users.
