MiTec Weather Agent is a software tool which helps people view the weather forecast for most major cities in the world.
The installation process is fairly typical and does not bring any surprises. Upon completing it, you are met with a modern-looking interface, which allows any type of person to find their way around it, with great ease.
In addition to that, the UI is comprised of several panels which enable you to view many types of data pertaining to the weather.
The main window has two sizes, so that you can easily make the program unobtrusive when necessary. One enables you to view the weather forecast for the current day, while the other displays information for the next five days.
Aside from the temperature, it is possible to view the wind speed, humidity level (expressed as a percentage), cloud coverage, visibility and atmospheric pressure. This software app also enables you to see the sunrise and sunset times, moon phase, minimum and maximum temperature, date and day of the week.
From the settings panel, you can search and select a location for which to display the weather forecast, choose the temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit) and wind speed (km/h or mph) units and input the refresh interval. Plus, you can force the program to always stay on top of other opened apps.
CPU and memory usage is minimal, response time is good and you have the possibility of manually refreshing the data. Taking all of this into consideration, we come to the conclusion that MiTec Weather Agent is an efficient piece of software when it comes to viewing a five-day weather forecast from any city in the world.
