mmIP Description

The calculator recognizes IP address from the text. Unlike with others, you dont need to jump to four different (period separated) fields. Just past it in, dont worry about leading/trailing spaces and characters. Input such as This is my IP address: 192.168.1.1! is not an issue; the program will remove all other characters and format the IP address automatically. Also if you got bored of writing out all 0 fields, dont worry--10...1 will translate as 10.0.0.1, same way 10. will translate to 10.0.0.0. But this tool goes even farther: CIDR mask can be part of your entry as well. For example, string like 10.0.0.0/24 will reflect Netmask settings too. And yes, if you enter Say hi to my 10th laptop/with 8 cores. you will get 10.0.0.0 /8.

Whats new in this version:

Version 1.1 now recognizes CIDR mask as a part of IP. You can enter values like: 10.0.0.1/8 , 10.0.0.1 /8, or even 10...1/8.
