MOVAVI Suite Edition

MOVAVI Suite Edition is a software that comes packed with tools for manipulating video files, including merging, splitting and conversion. It can be used by both novices and experienced individuals.
The interface of the program is clean and easy to navigate through. When it comes to media conversion, you can import files into the queue by using the file browser or treeview only, because the "drag and drop" method is unsupported. Batch processing is allowed.
In the list you can check out the name, size, preset, quality and status of each source file. So, after you specify the output destination and profile, you can proceed with the encoding task.
Furthermore, you can modify audio and video settings when it comes to the size, resize method, frame rate, sample frequency rate, channel mode, and others.
On top of that, you can preview clips in a built-in media player, crop and rotate videos, adjust image settings (e.g. contrast, white balance, saturation, brightness), clone videos, switch to full screen mode, add watermarks, merge and cut videos by marking their start and end point, capture video and snapshots, create DVDs, Blu-ray discs and slideshows, and others.
The complex program requires a moderate amount of system resources, has a fair response time, finishes a task in reasonable time and manages to keep a good image and sound quality after conversion. We haven't come across any major issues during our tests. There's also a well-drawn help file that you can look into (too bad it doesn't have snapshots). We strongly recommend MOVAVI Suite Edition to all users.
