MR Fast Clock Description
Sure enough the pace at which time passes is the same all over the world, but different scenarios might require a minute to go a bit faster. In this regard, specialized applications like MR Fast Clock make it possible to display a clock on the screen, and manually control how every second or minute goes by.
Simple visuals quickly get you up and running
Saving you the effort and time required to go through a setup process, the application is good to go from the moment download is done. No harm is done to the computer you use it on because no registry entries need to be modified for the application to work. Needless to say that you can carry it around on a thumb drive.
By default, the application reads system time, and shows up in a maximized window. You’re free to resize it and move it in any desktop space, with all elements neatly blending according to size values, without the clock being interrupted.
Set how fast an hours goes by
There are several controls at your disposal, one of them being to stop time. Note that this creates a difference between real time and the actual shown clock. Additionally, there are two value fields with which to add or subtract hours and minutes, or reset the clock to midnight.
However, the application’s specialty is not the display, but rather the pace at which time goes by. Using a dedicated drop-down menu you can select the speed at which an hour goes by compared to how fast it does in real time.
Different speed values are available with which to compress 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 24 hours into a single one. Unfortunately, there are no customization options at your disposal, not even a built-in alarm to go off at a specific time value.
To end with
Taking everything into consideration, we can say that MR Fast Clock comes with good intentions, but might leave you a little confused regarding the exact purpose. Once values are modified the sync with the system clock is lost, and without a built-in alarm, you need to check every once in a while if you’re looking to count specific events.
