MSI SecureDoc

MSI SecureDoc is an intuitive application designed to help users encrypt and decrypt sensitive files. It comes in handy the moment you share your computer with other people, since it prevents them from accessing your private information.
After the installation procedure finishes, you must restart the computer, in order to work with this tool.
MSI SecureDoc creates an icon in the system tray area and requires you to set up a user name and password, that will be asked whenever you want to access the program.
Once you have logged in with your credentials, you can open the context menu of any file to encrypt it on the fly. It is also possible to trigger this action from the right-click menu of a folder, in order to password-protect all the containing files. In addition, it is possible to backup and restore the master key.
MSI SecureDoc is very low-demanding when it comes to the CPU and system memory, so it doesn't affect the computer's overall performance. It performed well during our evaluation, without causing the OS to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. Thanks to its intuitive layout and overall simplicity, first-time users can quickly get adjusted to MSI SecureDoc.
