Multi-Bill

V3.1:
1. Added sorting selection by tapping on the menu. Now you can sort the database based on date,bill and amount.
2. Added table and layout color selection (from top menu)
3. Added support for Tungsten-C and Zire 71

1. Added new icon and design layout.
2. Added new Query and filtering system.
(Now you only need to key in the starting date and ending date for Query, further filtering will be process on the Result table)

1. Added "Dup" button for creating repeated bills. By tapping on this button, you will be able to duplicate the same bill without due date. Just select the due date, the repeated bill with full info created.
2. Added checking function in "Query".
3. Fixed 2 decimal point in the Amout field.
4. Added Palm OS version checking before installation.

1.Added a "Edit Category" buton on the main menu selection.
2.Added color table.
Features:
1.Show different bills in different table (all bills, paid and unpaid bills)
2.Filtered by date range, categories, payment type. With this feature, you can instantly know how many bills you need to pay for specific day/days or categories.
