Muncy's Plat Pronto

Muncys Plat Pronto produces a professional quality plat quickly and easily from deed descriptions as well as raw survey data. Standard, old, and ancient distance measurements as well as bearings, azimuth, and rotation angles are supported. The program calculates acreage, computes closure, produces boundary descriptions and survey reports, prints plats of any size, catalogs surveys, subdivides tracts, draws contours, and converts latitude and longitude coordinates into plane survey coordinates. The program automatically creates a plat with a border, title block, north arrow, and scale bar. Survey data can be exported to ESRI shape files, BMP files, or AutoCAD DXF files. The program includes drawing tools for roads, cul-de-sacs, lines, arcs, subdividing tracts, line extensions, parallel lines, intersections, and perpendicular lines.
