No customization options or print function

Unfortunately, preview isn’t provided in real time, and you need to press a refresh button with every change you perform. This also applies to size specifications, which are available for width, height, and resolution in DPI.
Furthermore, you have to work with the barcode as provided, because there aren’t any customization options. This means you can’t change text style options, nor the background color, or of the bars themselves.
The application can only create Code 39 barcodes, which has an impact on overall practicality. What’s more, there’s no print function, or at least the possibility to create a label design to export a sheet of sequential barcodes, to later on print.

In conclusion

On an ending note, My Barcode Software comes with good intentions, and can prove useful, but only if you don’t need to create barcodes for too many products. Only one type of barcode is supported, while customization options are poor, or missing entirely.
