Neon Animated Cursors is a collection of animated mouse cursors designed to replace the ones normally found in Windows operating system. There are 10 schemes in the set, consisting of 5 colors with 2 backgrounds (315 cursors total). They can replace all the standard Windows mouse pointers.
They work with all Windows color video setups (256K and up). These cursors are copyrighted but free for personal use.
