NextIcon is a lightweight and intuitive software solution aimed to offer you an easy means of creating customized versions of popular icons, enabling you to generate quality results in a few clicks.

Download and run

The tool does not need to be installed on the computer, meaning you can start working with it as soon as you download and unzip the archive.
Just double click the EXE file, and you can start browsing through the various categories, namely 'Web Application Icons', 'Form Control Icons', 'Currency Icons', 'Text Editor Icons', 'Directional Icons', 'Video Player Icons', 'Brand Icons' or 'Medical Icons'.
At the same time, you can use the 'Search' function to quickly discover the image you want to work with, by selecting the displayed suggestions.

Choose the icon you want to customize

While NextIcon features large numbers of icons, keep in mind that you can only work with the built-in ones, as the utility does offer the option of loading an image of your own.
Subsequently to choosing the icon you wish to adjust for your own purposes, you can begin modifying the 'Shape Options', allowing you to increase or decrease its size as well as change the color.
The 'Icon Options' enable you to alter its size and color, while the 'Background Options' let you choose a preferred background image or provide you with the ability to rotate the icon by 90, 180 or 270 degrees. Finally, you can input the preferred name and press on the 'Save' button to export the icon to PNG image, as it is the only format that NextIcon supports.
