Nuclearus Multi Core Description
Nuclearus Multi Core is a tiny and portable application which enables you to test your system's performance. It can be used by avid video gamers, programmers, web designers or any other power users.
Since installation is not a prerequisite, you can just save the executable file anywhere on the hard drive and run it immediately.
As an alternative, it is possible to move Nuclearus Multi Core to a USB flash disk and run it on any workstation with minimum effort.
What's important to keep in mind is that the Windows Registry area does not get updated with new entries, and files do not remain on the hard disk after removal.
The interface of the application is based on a standard window with a plain and simple layout, where you can view CPU information when it comes to the name, family ID, vendor, features, core cache and speed, and others.
Furthermore, you can check out RAM details concerning the total virtual memory and the one currently in use, size of pagefile, physical memory, core realtime clock, and others.
Running a CPU or RAM benchmark is easily done, with the simple click of a button. During this time, the tool recommends you to stop computer activity, after which it reveals your system score.
The program has a good response time and carries out a benchmark rapidly, while using a surprisingly low amount of CPU and system memory. No error dialogs have been shown in our tests, and the app did not hang or crash; we have not encountered any issues. On the downside, Nuclearus Multi Core has not been updated for a while.
