OCSS Description

Need a new theme for your MyOpera pages, blog,gallery,about etc. Then OCSS has the answer. It has pre-built themes which are customisable and OCSS automatically creates the user.css to display your theme correctly. Has preview facilities, so you can view your theme locally before uploading it, in various browsers. You can change background and font colours, image placements,paddings and positions and much more. Requires free registration.
