OmniPatcher for LiteOn/Sony Optical Drives

OmniPatcher for LiteOn/Sony Optical Drives is a small and portable application whose purpose is to provide graphical patches for LiteOn and Sony optical drives, as the name implies.
Since installation is not a prerequisite, you can drop the program files somewhere on the hard disk and click the executable to run.
