OpusFlow Disclaimer for Outlook

Disclaimer for Outlook is a tool to automatically format outgoing email. You dont need Exchange or any other mail server to add the disclaimer and other message components because it is a client-based tool. This means that you actually see what you sent out. This is not the case with server-based tools. The message processing is done on the client-PC, but the network administrator can administer the settings with one central ini-file on a file server. It supports html formatting and active directory (or Exchange 5.5 directory) lookups. One central ini file configures the settings for all workstations controlling how the email looks, what logo is being included, the disclaimer text and even the event announcements or special promotions you have running.
