Features:Complaint management.Complaint management is easier in Organizer you can Assign the complaint to technician and also track status of each complaint. A unique complaint number is generated which can be handy while communicating with the customers.

Service Contract Management:Lets you easily manage service contracts. It alerts you on the contract renewals and expiry. Service period is automatically calculated by the system depending on the frequency of service. Unique Card Number is generated for each item which helps you trace the complete trail of complaints, service provided, pending services etc in a single glance. Renewal of Service Contract can be easily done at any point of time.

Inventory Management:Maintain item wise details of the order placed and received from the principal (parent company) along with installation details.

Customer Billing/Invoice:Maintain complete customer billing information such as purchase order, delivery challan and invoice along with product installation details.

Customer & Principal Payments: Track customer and principal cleared/un cleared payments, You can also enter PDC (post dated cheque) payments.

Customer Management:Manage customer contact information.
