Oxygen FM Manager

Oxygen FM Manager is a lightweight Windows application able to give you full control over Nokia 8310/6510 FM radio stations. It helps you load FM station presets from your mobile phone to your PC’s memory, edit data, as well as transfer the stations back to the phone.
