P-pack Description
P-pack includes a series of web-based Java presentation programs (Scrollup, Newsflash, TickLeft, Rotateinfo, TypeText) that can be used to enhance your web site. These programs include comments in HTML examples for easy testing and installation.
"Scrollup reads and reloads at a specified rate from a file and supports auto-wrapped text and images. Newsflash implements a configurable news displayer. Hot links will take you to display related messages in greater details. Data from a text file will be re-opened at a specified refresh rate. TickLeft reads and reloads from a Unicode-supported text file as well as its images. Rotateinfo implements a simple info rotator. Text is read from a file and auto-wrapped around the width of the text area. Data from a text file will be re-opened at a specified refresh rate. TypeText types the text from a file. It automatically formats the text to wrap around the bounding box.
