PDF Merge Tool is a program that helps you fuse a large number of PDF files.
The interface of the software utility is outdated, using a classical design that closely resembles the one present in Windows 98 and 95. In addition to that, the UI is highly intuitive, which means that any type of individual can work with PDF Merge Tool, regardless of their previous experience.
All you have to do in order to obtain one single PDF is add all the files you require, arrange them with the help of the “Move Up” and “Move Down” buttons, and finally, click “Merge!”. Once the process is done, the file is going to be opened in the default program.
A small drawback here is that the “drag and drop” feature for adding or rearranging files is not supported, as it would have greatly enhanced ease of use.
The developers do not provide Help contents, but seeing how easy it is to work with PDF Merge Tool, they are not actually necessary, so it cannot be considered a flaw.
There is no limit to the files one can upload to the program and merge together, a feature that is highly efficient, seeing that you can create extremely large documents. The fusing process usually takes a small amount of time. However, if you happen to be running a lot of other apps in the same time, your computer is slow, or if you added a huge number of PDFs, it might take a few minutes for the operation to be done.
All in all, PDF Merge Tool is a useful application that enables people to merge an unlimited number of PDF documents. However, the interface needs more work. There were no bugs or crashes registered during our tests.
