Peaks is a proteomic mass spectrometry (ms/ms) software brand, primarily associated with protein identification, discovery and quantification. As a derivative of the Peaks Studio application, which allows de novo sequencing, database protein identification, meta protein identification, PTM analysis, label and label free quantification, comes Peaks Viewer, an ideal tool for researchers looking to maximize efficiency. Whether looking for a tool that will allow a single researcher the ability to view results from a secondary location or multiple researchers the ability to examine results simultaneously from unique locations, Peaks Viewer provides an ideal solution. Peaks Viewer reads all major instrument vendors native formats, standard format (mzXML/DTA/PKL) data & Peaks native project files. Its primary application is meant for distributing results of Peaks processed data.
