Nowadays, address books come in different styles and with fewer or more complex options to provide a complete method to store your friends, family, and acquaintances.

Straightforward layout

Personal Address Book is one of those apps that comes to aid you in adding and handling your private and business contacts. It integrates with Windows Clipboard for a fast import to other documents.
While the setup is done with a few clicks, the interface is plain and self-explanatory, consisting of a single window bundling all the necessary details and functions. The utility is not intended to handle large numbers of contacts. It's suitable for those who don't need sophisticated tools to easily manage their contacts.

Fill in the required personal details

Hovering the mouse over a function displays its purpose. The navigation buttons are located in the upper part of the window, and help to quickly jump to the first and last contact, as well as browse through each record.
To enter a new individual, all you have to do is fill in the required fields, such as name, address, city, state, zip code, phone numbers, email, keywords, and optional notes. It would've been nice if it offered a basic editor to create customized memos, and a profile picture.

Find particular individuals and print the records

A record can be cloned as many times as you want, handy for family members, who share the same phone numbers and addresses. The search feature brings up a simple grid with all the entries and lets you look up for people based on their name, email or phone. Several other fields could've been integrated as well, for a more accurate search.
If you want to print all the records in the database, the print option comes with a template file, which is opened in your default word processor, and displays all the inputted details.
