It’s composed of a single window which is split into two sections. On one side you have all the functions that allow you to crop or resize the photo, and on the other you get a generous preview area where you can see the results, as well as manually position the cropping rectangle.

Photo3x2 provides the most basic of tools for this kind of operation.
