PicSizer Description

As its name implies, PicSizer is a tool which allows you to resize your image files.
The interface of the application is not necessarily attractive but it is simple to navigate through.
So, you can set the new output dimensions (optionally constrain proportions), rotate the preview and import pictures by using the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed.
When it comes to batch mode, you can select the source directory to browse (optionally include subfolders) and specify the output location.
In addition, you can rename the output files and set the types of formats to process from the given folder (JPG, GIF, BMP, TIF, TGA or PNG).
But you can also configure resize options (resize if larger, if smaller or all, preserve proportions), modify rotate settings (e.g. tall or wide images, square pictures) and set the output extension. Furthermore, you can save options, reset settings to their default values and copy the image to clipboard.
PicSizer consumes a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, includes a well-drawn help file with snapshots and quickly finishes tasks without freezing, crashing or popping up errors. Unfortunately, no message is displayed at the end of the conversion, in order to notify you if the tasks have been successful or not. Other than that and the outdated interface, we strongly recommend PicSizer to all users.
