Picture Viewer

When you have a large collection of photos, you’re most likely to own various image formats. Sometimes, due to incompatibilities between programs and some file types, you must have multiple apps in order to see all these images. Portable Picture Viewer is a tool that supports a large palette of file formats.
The software comes with a light interface, focused on the loaded picture. You can easily browse through folders from the tree view on the side. Once you select one of the directories, all the pictures are displayed in a list, which makes it easy to see them all.
The way the image is displayed can be adjusted from the app’s interface. Thus, it can be viewed in full screen, adjusted to the window size or displayed in full size.
Also, images can be rotated to the left or right and flipped horizontally and vertically.
The way the interface looks can be altered by adjusting the background color both in the main window and in full screen mode. Also, icons can be displayed in the directory tree, as well as in the file list.
The software supports various image formats, such as BMP, GIF, ICO, JPG, PNG, TIF and WMF. If you don’t want the app to open some of the formats, they can be deselected them from the app’s Settings frame.
Portable Picture Viewer is displayed in German by default. In order to change the app to English or Spanish, you simply need to click the “Extras” button in the menu and select the desired language.
