PocketC Desktop Edition

A desktop IDE for the PocketC language. The easiest way to create simple and moderately complex applications and games. Compiles source code into Palm applications (apps can be standalone, or require the PocketC runtime). Combined with the PalmOS Emulator, all development and testing can be done on the desktop. Can build standalone applications. v7.0 - Added resize/redraw events to enable resizable applications. Added CControls feature to draw controls using system colors

v6.5 - Support for embedding random resources into .prc file, networking APIs, VFS APIs, improved date/time APIs, ability to set default category for .prc.
v6.1 - Support for download/execute on OS5 simulators, increased string literal limit to 1024, XP theme-aware
v6.0 - Support for embedding bitmap families in compiled .prc files. Support for high-density icons. PDE.exe can now be used to perform command-line compiles. Color, OS 5 high-density, offscreen buffers, and 5-way support added to API.
12/2/02 - Set a source file as the project from context menu.
11/20/02 - Support >64k of code, added function bar, QuickDocs (call tips + docs), find function definition, more!
07/15/02 - Upload to emulator, native library syntax help, compiler 4.4.
3/09/03 - Updated compiler to version 4.3. Support for post-build commands. Editor improvements.
8/14/01 - Updated compiler to version 4.1. Added more optimizations, and dead function removal. Build standalone apps! Added mouse wheel support and improved function jumping. Added variable initializers (e.g. int x[2] = {1,2};) Added project mode, to allow you to specify the main file of your current project. Added some usability features to the editor, such as API help (displays parameters for built-in function parameters as edit calls to them)
