Set up your account and enter your personal incomes and expenses

The app lets you manage and organize an unlimited number of accounts, monitor the current transactions and track deposits and withdrawals. The window is divided into a toolbar with the most useful functions, a transaction and account viewer, along with a more detailed panel available for each record.
If you are using this tool for the first time, you need to create a new account in order to access its features. You have to input a few basic information, such as username, type (e.g. cash, credit card, saving, asset, online), number, phone or bank name. If you already have a PocketMoney account on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, then skip to the synchronization step to quickly transfer all your data on your device.

Check balance, organize transactions and export the data

When you start tracking your finances, you need to know there are three basic types of money flow you can use, such as deposits, withdrawals and transfers. Each one comes with several fields you have to fill in, like date, account, category, account and optional notes. Keep in mind that every entry changes the current and overall account balance.
It's possible to add new groups and edit the existing ones, as well as generate custom reports based on account, payee or class. The app lets you export the database to TDF, CSV, QIF and IIF file formats. Plus, you can switch the view to cleared, future and available balance from the little Libra icon at the bottom of the screen.
