Portable Organize:Me

Portable Organize:Me is a software utility, designed in order to help individuals organize their day more efficiently, by adding projects, contexts, tasks, actions, information and decisions.
This is the portable counterpart of Organize:Me, thus enabling you to bypass the installation process. As a result, the Windows registry and Start menu/screen are not going to get updated with new entries.
Aside from that, it is also possible to run Portable Organize:Me from any location on the hard drive or any computer you have access to, by dropping the program files to a portable storage unit or any directory on your computer.
The interface has a modern design, with a tabbed menu bar, a navigation pane and a window in which to display all the information added.
The UI is user-friendly and the Help contents are quite extensive (video tutorials, welcome assistant, online manuals etc.). This means that even people with little or no experience with computers can easily find their way around it.
You can add projects, contexts, tasks (with multiple levels), actions, information and decisions. All of these can be color-coded and it is possible to input start and end date.
You can undo or redo an action, cut, copy, paste, duplicate and delete elements, toggle view and sort according to flagged items, priority, most recent entries, due next and alphabetically, as well as use a search function.
This application enables you to print or send task lists by e-mail, as well as generate reports, export as an image (PNG), as well as upload them to the cloud provided by the developers, namely “taskfabric Cloud”.
