Portable Product Key Decryptor

This is the portable edition of Product Key Decryptor - a straightforward piece of software that recovers lost or forgotten serial numbers to various products, including the operating system, Microsoft Office, MS Visual Studio and VMware.
Since there is no setup pack involved, you can drop the executable file in a custom directory on the hard disk and just click it to run.
There is also the possibility of saving Product Key Decryptor to a USB flash disk or other removable device, to be able to run it on any computer seamlessly, without previous installers.
What's more, the Windows registry does not get updated with new entries, and no extra files are created on the disk without the user's approval.
The app is wrapped in a clean and intuitive GUI, based on a single window where you can start the recovery procedure with the simple click of a button.
Displayed information contains the name, version, license key and ID of each identified product. Plus, Product Key Decryptor displays the current logged user along with the OS version. These details can be exported to an HTML, TXT or XML report for closer inspection and safekeeping. There are no other notable features provided by this tool.
Product Key Decryptor runs on a barely noticeable amount of CPU and RAM, has a good response time and works well, without causing the OS to hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. We have not come across any issues throughout our evaluation. All in all, Product Key Decryptor serves its purpose and, thanks to its overall simplicity, it can be handled even by first-time users.
