Portable Sunbird

This is the portable version of Sunbird - the cross-platform calendar application, developed by Mozilla.
Due to its portability, Sunbird doesn't require any installation. So, your Windows registry entries will remain intact and you can also place the program on a removable device, like a USB flash drive, and use it on any computer.
The interface of Sunbird is clean and intuitive. You can view a small calendar on the left side of the screen.
You can add a new event by specifying the location, category, start and end time, repeat mode, reminder and description. Also, you can invite attendees and mark the respective event as public or private (or you can just display time and date).
Adding a task is similar to adding an event. You can use basic editing tools, such as undo, redo, cut, copy and paste, and you can also attach a webpage, display the timezone and set priority level.
Once you return to the main interface, you can check out the events and tasks of the current day or you can change the viewing mode to 'Day', 'Week', 'Multiweek' or 'Month', as well as import, export or publish a calendar.
Furthermore, you can look for a particular event by using a search function, rotate the view, apply addons, view an error console and configure program settings (e.g. date text format, default snooze length, alarm defaults, categories, views, timezone, connection, passwords, update, encryption).
Sunbird uses a low-to-moderate amount of system resources but there is no available help file, unfortunately. Even so, the program is very easy to use and didn't freeze or crash during our tests. We strongly recommend it to all users.
