Portable TopMost

This is the portable version of TopMost, a simple piece of software designed to help users select the exact windows they want to keep on top of other frames.
It does not feature special options or configuration settings, so the tool can be handled with ease by anyone, regardless of previous experience with such apps.

Portable perks

Since there is no installation involved, you can just drop the executable file to a custom directory on the hard disk and click it to run.
There is also the possibility of saving TopMost to a USB flash disk or similar storage unit, in order to run it on any PC with minimum effort and no prior installers.
What's more, the tool does not create new entries in the Windows registry or Start menu, leaving no traces behind after removal.

Sits quietly in the system tray

At startup, TopMost creates an icon in the system tray area and automatically starts monitoring all current programs; this represents the entire interface.

Select an app to make it topmost

So, all you have to do is click an entry in the context menu to make that respective program stay on top of other windows. You can deselect it to remove this attribute, or switch to a different application. There are no other notable features available.
The tool does not put a strain on computer performance, as it runs on a very low quantity of CPU and RAM. It is minimally invasive and applies the new changes rapidly. We have not come across any kind of issues in our tests, since the app did not hang, crash or pop up errors.
