PrettyFlow

There are many actions in PrettyFlow and they come in groups. Dialog actions (message, input box,...), flow actions (if, while, for), image actions (aquire, capture, resize), build actions (build delphi project, buuild inno project) are also available.
It comes with lots of more features that refer to databases, archives, file actions, ini and registry, GUI actions, Internet, version control and more. Sometimes you need variables to do the job.
You define variables in PrettyFlow project and you can use them in actions, expressions and script. You can debug your PrettyFlow project in PrettyFlow by using breakpoints and watches.

More features and tools

To fully automate your tasks you can use PrettyFlow Server. Server can run as a service or in user mode. In PrettyFlow Server you create triggers. Triggers are triggered by different events that can occur on your machine.
Every trigger can be enabled to work remotely. That means you can connect to your server via PrettyFlow Client, manually execute triggers and check project statistics. There is also ASP.NET server available. All in all, PrettyFlow is a very nice application that you could use in order to automate multiple tasks.
