Process Dashboard

Process Dashboard is a Java-based tool built to support team leaders or any other individuals in order to collect, plan, and analyze information about people under their supervision.

Solid graphical user interface

The application's layout is responsive and effective, and lacks corruptions or faulty buttons. The overall interface is split into two: the team section and managing window.
Users can lead multiple teams and each of them can be edited in part. The team managing panels have five tabs by default, which contain the size, tasks, and time left for a team. The user can later on complement these with additional info windows.

Flexible team management

Team leaders can use this program to edit the workflow, individual advancement, and promotion just by the push of a button. Additionally, each team milestone can be introduced and modified. To make it easier for leaders to identify these, each milestone can also be color-coded.
Workflows can be edited as well. They can have their overall percentage changed together with their efficiency rating. You may also set the number of people that are working on a single task. This will help managers to easily supervise their teams.
Projects, workflow, and task files can be exported either to XLS format in order to be easily imported in Excel, or to WBS files.

General options

Although, the tool doesn't have a dedicated ‘Settings’ window, users can check or uncheck visible interface panels via the top bar row of settings which include all the important elements of the overall GUI. From there users can allow or block the visibility of different panels concerning the teams, workflow, and milestones.

Process Dashboard is an effective tool for professionals in charge of multiple individuals at work. It offers a great amount of flexibility in improving their teams' workflow, task management, and efficiency, while keeping things simple, visible, and easy to handle.
