Process Terminator Description
Process Terminator is an application which allows you to close processes that are currently running on your system.
This type of tool comes in handy the moment Task Manager is disabled or doesn't work properly.
Process Terminator is a portable program, so installation is not necessary. It means that you can place the tool on an external device and directly run its executable file on any computer.
What's more important is that your Windows registry entries will not be affected.
The interface of Process Terminator is similar to the one of Task Manager, so you shouldn't have any problems in getting around it. Besides, there are limited options at your disposal.
In the list you can check out the name, ID, parent ID, path, total users and number of threads of each process. In addition, the processes can be sorted according to one of these parameters.
So, all you have to do is select a process and press the "Terminate" button. The corresponding application should be closed without delay.
The application runs on a very small amount of system resources, includes a brief help file and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. Everything worked smoothly. On the other hand, Process Terminator offers nothing more than Task Manager. In fact, it lacks some important features. For instance, you cannot view a list of currently running applications.
To sum it up, Process Terminator offers a simple solution in comparison with Task Manager and we recommend it to all users who prefers a straightforward software.
