ProcessPing provides you with an easy to use application whose main purpose is to help you protect your privacy by removing all the traces of Internet activity from your system and improve the overall computer performance by permanently deleting temporary files and managing startup items.
Although it might seem a bit crowded, the main interface comprises all the configuration options into a single window, offering you fast access to the program's features. When activating ProcessPing, the network connection is automatically turned off, all the running Internet Explorer instances are terminated and the previously browsing session is deleted.
In addition to this, ProcessPing can be used for performing hard disk optimizations by cleaning Internet traces and unnecessary files. It provides support for all the major web browsers, namely Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox and Safari and can quickly delete temporary files, cookies, browsing history and stored passwords, as well as document data and files in the 'Temp' folder. In this case, all the opened browsers are closed, so make sure that you saved browsing sessions.
ProcessPing comes with a start management utility that allows you to disable unimportant programs that are set to automatically launch at system stratup, in order to improve the booting time, as well as scheduled tasks (such as automatic software updates). Also, you can add new programs to the start-up list.
The application can also be used for managing addons and toolbars in Internet Explorer, which comes in handy if a software installed such an extra component, without your consent.
